"I'm so excited to try this. A friend of mine was recently on one of her low-cal rants and she mentioned microwaving her own popcorn and spraying it with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray because the spray is calorie free. Maybe I should be embarrassed, but it never even occurred to me that I could do microwave popcorn without buying it that way. I love FNH, but I don't know why they're all worked up over this one because this IS NOT common knowledge."
