Simple. Taste ok. Fast weekday substitute for traditional lumpia, which usually seems like an all day affair.

One word.....Amazing! The chicken was flavorful and great all by itself. Easy to make. Tasted like good homemade chinese food, not like takeout or anything. My go to fried rice recipe. Trade in shrimp for something tasty as well.""

Moist meatballs. They were amazing. I think I like the oats better than bread crumbs. This will be my recipe to go to from now on. Amazing. I will try with lamb or pork next time. I used the sauce recipe but I didn't have enough ketchup so I added some BBQ sauce I had on hand. Still a great sauce.""

Amazing. Creamy, cheesy, delish. I added the optional seasonings (paprika, cayenne, and thyme) I loved it! My whole family ate it. A keeper!""

Corn pudding should, in a way, be like a very moist cornbread with actual pieces of corn in it, as well as other ingredients like onion and bell peppers, but not quiche tasting. Very "eggy." Will NOT make again.""
