"This was pretty good! I used dried herbs, and wish I had used fresh.
I'll try again. The vegetable cakes were good, but crispy on the outside and really soggy in the middle. Pan too hot, I guess.
The first bite was strange, but after a few more, we really liked it!
Fresh herbs, next time...
