Reviewed Earl Grey Shortbread Cookies
"At first, I thought these cookies were...ehhh. I hadn't waited for them to cool all the way. I waited for them to cool and then topped them with Amaretto Icing that Giada De Laurentiis makes. Wow!!! What a combo! The icing makes them even better when once the alcohol evaporates a bit out of the icing. They are still subtle but with a grown up flair to them. I will certainly make these again, especially around Christmas time! Can't wait!
Reviewed Creamy Arugula and Lettuce Soup with Goat Cheese
"I love this soup! I didn't have potatoes so I used brocoli and cauliflower. I also added a jar of hot cauliflower to it. The heat of the hot cauliflower ran through the background of the soup. Very good!
