I added a cup of beef broth so I could cook longer, the cornstarch mixture did not make the gravy very thick and made extra to compensate for the extra liquid. Great flavor, a keeper

Great cheesecake recipe!!! took longer to cook, I also used a larger spring form pan. I used Gluten Free Graham Crackers for the crust, no one knew the difference..... with no flour in the recipe, it was totally GF.

Best Meat Loaf ever! I used less onion then the recipe called for, about 1 1/2 large onions. I also added a half cup of fresh grated Parmesan cheese and added a splash more broth to compensate. "

OK, went to Whole Foods, spent $60 something dollars on a beef tenderloin and followed the directions to a tee. 8 minutes and 5 minutes under the broiler, let it rest for the 1 1/2hrs. It came out Rare, very Rare. I would re-think the 5 minutes and up it to come to temp that you are looking for. It did say "cook to desire doneness" but with 13 minutes...

This receipe was GREAT! Could'nt get a brisket so the butcher gave me 5 lb chuck roast and I sliced it about 3 inches thick and ended up with 3 pieces. The meat was fork tender, amazing!"
