Reviewed The Reggie Deluxe

"I think I have figured out the recipe for these biscuits:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 sticks (16 oz) unsalted,cold butter
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (full fat)
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/3 cup buttermilk (reduced fat)

Pre-heat oven to 395 degrees and bake biscuits for 15 minutes, basting tops at the 3 minute left mark. I used a 3 inch pastry circle cutter. Made 12 biscuits."

"Whoops! In my biscuit recipe, I inadvertently indicated:
- 3 TBL baking powder
- 3 TBL baking soda
when in fact it should be 3 tsp for each. (I actually made the recipe with 3 tsp and you could even drop it to 2 tsp. Sorry!"

"I think I have the recipe. However, the measurements are a combination of other biscuit recipes that work:
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 3 TBL baking powder
- 3 TBL baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 sticks (16 0z) of unsalted butter
- 1 1/3 cups of Buttermilk (reduced fat)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Yogurt (plain, full fat)

Preheat oven to 395. The rest is self explanatory; however, they did brush the biscuits with 3 minutes left to bake. (If anyone catches a glaring error, please let the rest of us know. This is too good of a recipe to be off on an ingredient.)"
