"I am on the 17 day diet and make these all the time. However, I add the following: Mix 1 TBS. olive oil with your choice of 1/2 to 1 TBS red wine vinegar OR 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar OR 2 tsp.lemon juice and chopped, fresh herbs. Drizzle mixture lightly over kale in large bowl and toss to coat. Then bake as normal. They taste like Salt and V"
