Very good, I did have a little trouble getting consistent doneness on the wedges, but that was more my grill having hot spots than a problem with the recipe. Followed the recipe exactly..... I could have mowed my lawn and used the clippings and gotten the same results.

After the first tray was baked, I tried using regular sugar on the next batch of chips by spraying with a little PAM out of the oven so the sugar would stick.... the more sugar the more tolerable the kale chips were.
