Reviewed Caramel Apples

"This was very easy to make and the flavor was much like toffee - brittle and very delicious. I made it with Fuji apples which had a wonderful flavor with the caramel and stayed white for quite a long time. We rolled them in crushed pretzels, which added a wonderful crunch and flavor contrast. BUT, do not use waxed paper! They will stick.
