Reviewed Lucy's Zucchini Slice

Jul 28, 2014 in null on Food.com

Lucy';s zucchini slice is so delicious! My husband and girls loved it! Even my 10 year old who hardly eats vegetables ate it. Only thing I would cut back on is the onion, it was too much for my taste. Will definitely make again! :)"

This dish is absolutely delicious!!! Giada's way and my way. Tried them both, the only thing I added was a can of Stewed tomatoes, and a small can of tomato sauce instead of tomato paste, plus a couple cloves of garlic. I also put less rosemary because for me it's a little too strong of a taste. The sauce was scrumptious and my husband was clean"

Did not wait an hour for the batter to settle, just tapped the container on the counter to release bubbles and placed in fridge only while I cut the fruit. Turned out perfect, but you definitely need a good 12 inch nonstick pan. Also added the vanilla and bit of sugar to the batte"

Cooked this tonight for 11 people and each one of them loved it!! Easy, tasty, healthy and delicious!!! Only thing I added to the lentils was two chicken boullions because I used canned chicken broth and it needed more flavor for my taste... Truly enjoyed it and seeing clean plates is very pleasing! :-)
