This was my first time making Pad Thai and it was a winner! My 12 yr olds loved it as much as my husband and I. I did substitute the water for beef broth. This is a winner in my house.

This was a delicious meal, but I made a few changes and would use less of the house seasoning. I used red wine vs. water in mine and next time I will add mushrooms while cooking.

This recipe is a fan favorite and will become part of our comfort winter foods! DELICIOUS! We used pre-made pie crust to cut down on the prep time and they were wonderful. My 9 yr. old actually asked that we put more veggies in it next time :-)
