Really yummy and comforting. My whole family loved it! I left the tomatoes fresh instead of boiling and peeling them and they tasted great. Just make sure you have plenty of cheese to sprinkle on top so it's extra delicious!"

I really loved the flavor of the steak! Grilled it on the barbeque instead of in the pan. Turn out delicious! Fajitas vegetables were really good, too. Just add a warm tortilla, salsa, guacamole, and cheese and you're good to go."

I really liked this dish, but I had to sub in a few russet potatoes due to one of my sweet potatoes going rotten before I made the dish. Still very good, but next time will definitely make sure to have plenty of sweet potatoes. I also added a little more salt--I just like my sweet potatoes a little savory."

Such a delicious salad! In my family we eat most of our salads with oil and vinegar so this was a nice change. The dressing was tangy and creamy, and it went well with the mixed greens and especially the red bell pepper. Will definitely make again!"

Delicious, but not as delicious as it could have been. My own fault, I didn't make enough dressing. Still one of my favorite potato salads. It's refreshing to have one that isn't completely covered in mayonnaise.

Absolutely fantastic!

I wasn't sure about making these. I've had absolute disasters using lasagna noodles in the past, but these turned out neat and delicious. The short ribs were easy to make and it was hard not to eat the filling before filling up the lasagna noodles. I will definitely make this again...in bigger portions."
