“I'm perplexed by the few bad ratings. Taste is everything. If the marinade tastes too vinegary, add more wine, olive oil or other liquid. Even beef stock. Sorry that good recipes are trashed by inexperienced cooks. Personally I use more wine than vinegar although my husband loves this recipe as is. Remember, recipes are guides, not rules."”
