My Activity

Reviewed Lonestar State Cheesecake

"This cheesecake is sumptuous and creamy. I added the zest of one lemon, absolute perfection. "

Reviewed Portobello Lasagna Rollups

"This is a keeper. I did add red pepper flakes to sauce, mozzarella to the rollups, and I used the extra sauce to cover the rollups. They are a hit, better than traditional lasagna. I didn't even miss the meat, thats high praise from a T- Rex. ""

Reviewed Southern Eggs En Cocotte

"This is a winner. I'm not a runny whites kinda girl, but there is a trick to these eggs. Keep in mind that the grits are very hot and when you break the yolk and start to eat, the whites are still going to firm up in the hot ramekin. I took the dish out after 15 mins, the yolk was still soft and as I ate, there were no runny whites. This dish is FAB worth the wait.
