"The chicken was great...I'm from New Orleans, (we like our spice!) so I added a lot more curry than it called for, and I salted and peppered the chicken, as well as added salt and pepper to the panko. I didn't make the broccoli as it said, because I like roasted vegetables better than boiled. I just roasted it with Emeril's seasoning and olive oil""
