This is a very flavorful quick bread and will be great toasted for breakfast. I made a few minor changes using fresh cranberries because I had them leftover from making cranberry sauce and cut the white sugar to 1/2 cup and used 3/4 c whole wheat pastry flour and 1 1/4 c white flour and it turned out sweet and moist. ""

I love this recipe as is, but for health reasons I had to adapt it to be healthier. So, I replaced the butter with low-fat greek yogurt and oats for the granola and I'm so pleased that these changes made a great adaptation of the original recipe."

These were delicious - not too sweet despite the seemingly large amount of sugar, and not too tart. Will now be my go-to recipe for citrus bars. No need to make any changes.
