"We didn't notice the available video until after we tried to make this recipe. The ingredient quantities in the recipe are not even close to what is used in the video. To say our mixture was a little loose would be an understatement. In the video he barely uses a half-cup of the cream mixture, maybe two or three table spoons of butter and perhaps a heaping spoonful of the creme fraiche. Might try this again with dramatically reduced quantities - in my opinion the recipe is horrible and inaccurate. Wish I had read other reviews before attempting. Threw out the whole lot.
