Favorite Foods
I love to cook with Tilapia, My favorite fish of all time is Triggerfish. I love Ahi Tuna slightly seared.I am known for my Shrimp and Grits. I love Italian food and when dining out usually order something that I cant or don't do at home. Example I NEVER order anything Tilapia nor do I order steak unless I am at a Ruth Chris.
