Reviewed Ginger Almonds
"I've been making these for about 6 months now, almost weekly. I have used Season Salt twice instead of Sea Salt, and this last week, I used Cumin instead of Ginger. Will try some liquid smoke as one other reviewer recommends, might be a nice addition!
We divvy out 2 ounces per bag per person per day, they are GREAT! Only bad thing is DH takes 5 bags for work and I wind up with 3 (I only make 1 pound at a time. We love getting the fresh almonds at our local Farmer's Market, we know where they are sourced from, and they are unpastuerized.
