Reviewed Asparagus Soup with Herbed Goat Cheese

I made a few minor changes to the recipe, but it went over well with even the non-asparagus lover in the family. I used a shallot and some scallions in place of the leeks and added a touch of cream and two slices of bread when blending to thicken it up. I also did not herb the goat cheese and it was still a welcome addition to the soup. Definitely...
