"I only hoped this recipe was half as good as my moms and I really did like it. I threw in some paprika to give it some spice. It was very easy to make and I'll make it again that's for sure.

"This receipe was really good! I added more to it though. White wine, onions, red bell pepper and garlic. I think next time I'm going to put more spice to it. It was really fun to make and it was so refreshing and light.

"Green Bean casserole was pretty good, but it did need a little bit more SNAP to it. It was really fun to make but the taste was a little boring. However, I really like how I made my own baked onions for the topping - and a lot healthier than the pre-made fried stuff but it sure was baked, didn't really get them to crisp up even with more than 30 mins in the over with Alton's receipe. Maybe next time I'll fry them ;)

"I really enjoyed this dish a lot!! This dish was also very easy to follow. However, I tweaked it a bit. I didn't add: shallots, or capers. I added: red bell pepper, green onion, onion in the sauce, sausage and steamed broccoli. It tasted so delicious!! I made enough for a great lunch the next day! My co-workers were really jealous. I also made enough penne rigate pasta for another dish I'll make. I would recommend it to any new cook like me. I think this is a really great dish that will keep anyone satisfied.

I'm 23 years old and living on my own for 5 years now, I learned how easy it is to pick up drive thru. I also find it a lot cheaper for just 1 person. I've always been in love The Food Network, watching almost every show it blesses us with. For some reason, I just got this itch to start cooking and I think it was because I never was taught or learned how to cook, I just assumed I was a terrible cook. I really have to give credit to "The Worst Cook in America" because it was the Rib Eye receipe that I decided to tackle. And it was so delicious!!! I'm still a noobie at cooking and haven't mastered any kind of skill, the only thing I know about cooking, is that it's really fun. I have many things to learn and I'm looking forward to using this site more and more!!!
