"A different taste than I'm accustom to. A bit of sweetness is a nice surprise; the spices were great. My husband requested fewer sweet potatoes on his second one. I would have preferred to cook the pork to 160 degrees (my pork was VERY pink). The sour cream salsa has great flavor but is really thin (maybe Greek yogurt?) Please cook over medium heat - the butter doesn't burn and the cheese has time to melt.

"Try this. I found the spinach a bit lacking but may not have added enough oil. I would go fresh spinach sautéed with a touch of garlic. I'm not a big on a lot of salt (my husband is and he was doing the seasoning) Just keep in mind that the prosciutto and the parmesan are salty by nature - you can always add more salt but not take back. We made this with mushroom risitto and green beans. YUM!!!!
Cooking is a skill and an art best enjoy with others. Try new foods, grow some of your own, get a good set of knives, and share your kitchen with others. My best food moments are usually in the garden, at the farmer's market, and/or cooking with my husband. Most of the best meals I've ever eaten come from this. Food should nourish your body and life. Enjoy!!
