"I LOVE this dish. I'm making it for the second time tonight. I will double the recipe. Three of us ate the entire thing last time. I did not use the smoked mozzarella. I used Barefoot Contessa's marinara sauce. Giada.....Love it. Thank you. PS..even my picky five year old who only eats nuggets and french toast loved it. "
