My Activity
Reviewed Skillet Lasagna
"Very easy, breezy and delicious. I even cheated and used Maggiano's jar sauce that I had in the pantry; great sauce, but next time I'll go by the recipe. Definitely a keeper! This would even be good for kids that don't like veggies as they're so thin when peeled this way."
Reviewed Rosemary Roasted Cashews
"Made these for an office function and they were a huge hit. I put a tad more rosemary than called for and don't suggest it; they were almost too rosemary-ish, but still tasty."
Reviewed Italian Baked Chicken and Pastina
"We absolutely love this recipe!! Easy and simple to make when you get home from work. However, I used Progresso Italian breadcrumbs, and it was a little too dry, so will cut back on the breadcrumbs and added more parm in the topping."
Reviewed Cole Slaw with Pecans and Spicy Dressing
"Very tasty slaw recipe! I did cut back a tad on the chipotle as wasn't sure if guests were in to spicy, also used low-fat mayo (which makes it Weight Watcher friendly. The apples had such a great texture and sweetness. I can't quit eating the leftovers this morning. "
Reviewed Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze
"These cookies were very good, but I agree that they are really quite lemony and the next time I make them I would also cut back on the lemon zest. My glaze was too thick and which made you really taste the powdered sugar, but didn't have any extra lemon juice to thin out. Will make again, but with adjustments."
