Reviewed Hot and Sour Cabbage
"This cabbage was delicious - definitely the most flavorful that I have both made or had. We served this with a Chicken Broccoli Stir-fry and it was perfect! Check out our review at OneCouplesKitchen dot com.""
Reviewed Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic and Cranberries
"These are delicious!!! The sweetness is a great contrast to the tang of the balsamic. I added a little bit of sea salt on top at the end and I think it really made everything pop! Check out our full review with pics here! One Couples Kitchen dot com!""
Reviewed Watermelon Salad with Mint Leaves
"What a beautiful salad and oh, so easy to make! The watermelon has great sweetness but is balanced by the acidity of the vinegar, tang of the feta and bite of the onion. Only change I made was increasing the amount of feta to 6 ounces, instead of 4. Check out our take on it: onecoupleskitchen dot com"
Reviewed Baked French Toast Casserole with Maple Syrup
"We loved this - it was very sweet and decadent, but a nice breakfast/brunch treat. I used light half and half and 2 skinny French Bread loaves instead of 1 thick French Bread Loaf. I also was able to make most of it the night before and just finish the topping in the morning and pop in the oven. Super easy and feeds a ton of people! Reviewed Sugar Cookies
"I really liked the "bones" of this recipe! I combined it with aspects of Dorie Greenspan's recipe & came up with this: http://onecoupleskitchen.blogspot.com/2009/12/sugar-cookies.html
Reviewed Balsamic Chicken with Baby Spinach
"We really enjoyed this recipe - however, I definitely found it necessary to season the chicken with sea salt, freshly ground black pepper and garlic powder before adding them to the pan. I also added a generous pinch of crushed red pepper to the tomato balsamic sauce while it was simmering. http://onecoupleskitchen.blogspot.com/2010/10/balsamic-chicken-with-baby-spinach.html
Reviewed Zucchini Parmesan Crisps
"These were fantastic! What a great and healthy appetizer or snack. Also a wonderful way to use up that zucchini. I love the pairing of zucchini and parmesan! http://onecoupleskitchen.blogspot.com/2010/04/ellie-kriegers-zucchini-parmesan-crisps.html
Reviewed Lemon Yogurt Cake
"For a little different take, add blueberries and swap out some of the oil for yogurt! This is what we did: http://onecoupleskitchen.blogspot.com/2010/06/lemon-blueberry-yogurt-cake.html#more
