Reviewed Blueberry and Mascarpone Turnovers
"These are delicious. Made them twice, following the recipe exactly, and they came out perfect both times. My method is three blueberries per pastry. The important part of cooking them is making sure the oil is hot enough, if it's not then they will sit in the oil too long. Use a thermometer as the recipe says."
