I made the recipe as directed exept I have a nut allergy, so I left out the almonds. I placed it in a 9x13 glass dish and baked for 1 hour. Next time, I will leave out the lemon zest (too tart) and add nutmeg. The topping was fantastic."

Reviewed Grilled Pork Tenderloins with Grilled Pineapple Salsa

This recipe was fabulous. All five of my guys loved it. They were eating the salsa on chips as the pork finished standing. Two one and a half pound tenderloins came out perfectly for three teenage boys and three "adults.". I skipped the oil drizzle because they would not have noticed, there was plenty of flavor."
