I thought the recipe was very good. I did not have Oregano so I used Thyme which is typically the spice used most with Chicken and it was declicious. I had the correct size chicken but it needed to cook about 20 minutes longer also. After the chicken was in the oven, I watched his video. Lots of inconsistencies between it and the recipe. "
