Reviewed Italian Mac-n-Cheese

"AWESOME... so good.. will be making often. This was the 1st rachel recipe i tried and im excited to try more. The only thing i did different.. and it was by mistake was.. i only bought 2 cups of the 4cheese blend... so i didnt have an extra 1/2 cup of it to put on top... but still was perfect...

Reviewed Old-Time Beef Stew

"I did exactly what the recipe called for, but added potatoes (couldn't have beef stew without them) there was NO gravy/juice... so i poured in some beef broth (made from bouillon and water). So, it game out delicious.. i just wish there was more liquid, even with the added broth it sucked up the broth... but the meat was super tender. And it was a teeny bit salty, im guessing that came from the added broth tho..

Reviewed Pepper-Jack Chicken With Succotash

"wasnt sure how to rate this.. the chicken was great.. the succotash was absolutely disgusting! ugh wish i just made zucc and squash with oil and onion.. but i didnt and im kinda aggravated that i wasted time money and effort on that gross stuff... also if i make the chix again.. i might sear in pan and then bake... because i used the foreman( because its winter and it came out good.. it was just hard to cook thru..
