My Activity

Reviewed Herbed Quinoa

"I have made this at least a dozen times. My family loves this with salmon and steamed broccoli. I leave out the lemon juice in the dressing, but still add the lemon zest. I usually throw in whatever herbs I have around or substitute dried herbs if I'm out. LOVE this recipe!""

Reviewed Italian Baked Chicken and Pastina

"Super easy and quick for a school night meal. After reading some of the other reviews here are some changes I made: 1 lb penne pasta, 6-7 chicken tenders, 1 cup grape tomatoes halved, 1 can tomato sauce, 2 cups mozzarella. With these changes my family loved it! I knew this would make more then the 4 of us could eat which was perfect because the leftovers were delicious. Will make this many more times. Might add kalamata olives for a kick next time.
