"I made this recipe for a crowd, doubling the ingredients and using two large crock pots. It could not have been better,everyone commented on how deliciousit was. I put the peppers on top of the meat rather than on the bottom and cooked according to Sandras instructions. I think if other people had problems they may have set their crockpots on high rather than low.
Most of my guests are always extravagant with their praise of my menus and cooking skills. I very much enjoy the art of entertaining.
