Reviewed Chinese Salad

"I made this but doubled the ramen noodles and sesame seeds. I increased by half the amount of almonds. My family is just learning how to eat salads so we like lots of goodies in it. My daughter, who is not a salad person, loved it and said it has to go in her permanent recipe file. I think I'll try the same concept with broccoli slaw. Really nice!

"I made this exactly according to the recipe but substituted chopped dates for the golden raisins. It was delicious and so beautiful. Definitely a keeper and a go to!
