Reviewed Green Bean, Red Onion and Grilled New Potato Salad with Rosemary Vinaigrette
"This is a wonderful dish. I thought the vineger was just right, but I prefer vineger to lemon juice, so... When I made it I got rave reviews also. I used fresh green beans from my garden and small red potatoes. I did halve the potatoes but would probably quarter then next time to make them more bite size. Excellent!"
Reviewed Portobello and Asparagus Salad
"I made this a year ago on a camping trip for friends and they all LOVED it. I premaid the seasoning and grilled the veg while the noodles were boiling to save time. I didn't have lemon juice in the camper, but it was a huge hit anyway. Wonderful, different and full of good veggies. And bonus you can grill most of it, which is a plus for me."
