This is my first review ever, and I just have to say that this recipe came out superb! I did substitute 3 cups of white whole wheat flour for 3 of the cups of AP, and I omitted the added sea salt on top of the loaf; instead, I sprinkled minced fresh garlic, chopped fresh basil, chopped fresh rosemary, dried oregano--about 2 T of each--atop the loa"
